Still waiting...and a few fun pictures

A few highlights from this month: Miss Mackenna can now spell and write her name! And she has memorized her address! Look at my little girl grow up. We joined a playgroup that her preschool runs on her off days and she met a little friend who invited her to Awana. I loved Awana as a kid and am so happy to report that she has had an awesome time at Cubbies. I am always amazed at how she just walks right into new situations so self assured and excited without knowing what to expect. I love her self confidence!
She attended a Big Sibling class offered through Lamaze at our hospital. The coordinator was very impressed with Mackenna's baby knowledge and said she has no reservations that she will adore being a big sister. If anything, the teacher said she things we'll have to tell her to back off. :) The picture below she is modeling the right way to swaddle and hold a baby.
