Painted nails!

Mackenna always has painted toenails, but I never took the time to paint her fingernails. I figured she'd be too squirmy to sit while they dried. Nope, she is old enough! She was such a grown up little girl and sat so stil!



Mackenna has been doing such a great job going to Sunday School! When she was a baby, it was torture for both her and I on Sunday mornings. Now, she just marches in to her class without looking back. The church we have been attending starts a Bible program for the kids when they turn a year that includes a monthly theme, a verse, songs and a puppet show. We were talking before bed tonight about this week's puppet show and she said, "I learned that God takes care of me!" Now, I realize that this is just repetition and memorization, but I am sure her comment made God smile!
