Our day off
Mackenna and I are on the go a lot during the week so I try to make it a point to have at least one at home day a week. I am MORE tired on those days than when we are out! I decided to document one of our home days with pictures.
Here's a low down of our Tuesday home day:
9 AM: Wakeup and get dressed; Breakfast with Dad in the playroom (YAY that Dad can work from home!!)
9:30: Watering our plants and looking at the beans she is growing.
10: Tea party and our first taste of real tea (not a fan)
10:30- Reading books while eggs boil
11: Dyeing and decorating eggs (her request and we had eggs, so we revisited Easter!)
11:30 Coloring
12: Lunch with Dad- egg salad sandwiches (as she wanted to eat everything we just decorated)
1-4: (YAY) NAP!
4 until dinner: Outside collecting rocks, picking dandelions, playing in the sand.
Then dinner, bath, stories, dancing (a constant request now thanks to music class) and finally, BED!
And somewhere in there I try to clean and cook (hahaha). She is such a busy kid.
